This two day event will bring together a wide range of contributions: from (amongst others) academics, policy experts, architects, designers, theologians, chaplains, and facilities managers. The conference has been organised by Manchester Architecture Research Centre (MARC) at the University of Manchester, and will be held at St Peter’s House Chaplaincy & Church (Precinct Centre, Oxford Road, Manchester. M13 9GH) on 21st and 22nd March 2012.
Registration can be completed online at: http://tinyurl.com/7qd2g2u. Alternatively a registration form can be downloaded from: http://tinyurl.com/c4hcs25 and returned by email or post.
The conference is free to attend, and open to all. Refreshments and lunch will be provided on both days, with a communal evening meal served on the evening of Wednesday March 21st. However, a cancellation fee of £60 will be levied in the event of either non-attendance, or cancellation without good reason after Monday 12th March.
Space is limited, so in the event that the conference is oversubscribed, preference will be given to those attending on both days, and a quota system will be in operation in order to achieve a fair balance of attendees. We will confirm attendance on Tuesday 13th December 2011, with applications received after this time accepted on a case-by-case basis (spaces pending).
The final registration deadline for all participants is Friday 2nd March 2012 (nb. This is also the registration deadline for those who are presenting – please also mark the relevant section within the registration form).
