This new series of books emanates from the largest funded programme on Religion in Europe today – the AHRC/ESRC Religion and Society Programme, thirty-two separate disciplines are represented, looking at religion across the world, many with a contemporary and some with an historical focus. This new international, multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary series of books will include monographs, paperback texts and edited collections. Some of the themes for the books in the series include: Youth and Religion; Law and Religion; Religion and Education; Religion and Media; Religion and Identity; Religion, Gender and Sexuality; New forms of Spirituality; Realignments and Reconstructions of Religion; Religion and Capitalism; Religion and Discrimination; Faith, Welfare and Civil Society; Religion, Violence and Terrorism; Religion, Theology and the Arts; Religion and Architecture; Religion in the City; Religion, Secularism and Secularity; and Return of Magic.
